Your Partner in Industrial Manufacturing

Advanced Textiles Industries (ATI), headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, designs and manufactures advanced composite fabrics and high-performance thermal control technologies.

Backed by an in-house, PhD-led design team and strategic partnerships with the University of Louisville and Purdue University, ATI delivers engineered solutions built for precision, performance, and reliability.

In composite fabrics, ATI produces woven and multidirectional knitted fabrics using inputs such as aramid, carbon fiber, E-glass, S-glass, basalt, lyocell, and hybrid fiber constructions.

From simple 0°/90° fabrics to complex multiaxial architectures, we control fiber orientation and layer design to achieve targeted mechanical performance. Each fabric is purpose-built to meet demanding structural and impact requirements.

In thermal management, ATI applies that same architectural mindset to advanced metal hardware. Through proprietary cooling technology, custom alloy development, and additive manufacturing, we create compact, high-efficiency thermal components optimized for aerospace, defense, and high-performance electronics.

Proudly 100% American-made, ATI combines advanced engineering with disciplined production. We strive for perfection and deliver results on time every time.

From commodity fabrics to highly engineered composite architectures, ATI builds materials that perform exactly as designed.
